Fears

All I want is to say,

“I want you. Stay by my side and be with me.”

But I can’t and I won’t

because I’m scared..

of people, of them

but most of all, I’m scared

that you won’t—

that you don’t feel the same way

that you don’t need me here right now.

that your just too nice to push me away

and because of that, I’m scared

of losing you the most.
